Arkansas Federal Credit Union
Arkansas Federal Credit Union announced that it has surpassed $2 billion in assets, a milestone that comes after six straight years of record net income.
The credit union, which has 20 branches throughout the state, said it plans to continue its record net income streak in 2022. Growth in deposit, consumer loans and mortgages has accelerated in the past few years, the bank said in a news release.
“The continued growth in our balance sheet provides us with the size and scale to continue to improve our products and services with a focus on maintaining extremely competitive loan and deposit rates,” Eric Mangham, senior vice president and CFO, said in the release.
The credit union said it plans to continue investing in digital banking channels and physical locations. It has more than 138,000 members.
