Remember when we first told you in March about an affiliate of Little Rock’s Arkansas Heart Hospital buying land in Bryant?
Clark Contractors is on deck to transform the Saline County property into a $50 million hospital-medical office complex.
The Little Rock contractor will start dirt work in September moving toward completion in late spring 2020.
Plans call for a four-story, 95,485-SF hospital and a two-story, 28,000-SF medical office building.
The site adjoins the west side of the Arkansas Bone & Joint Orthopedic Surgery Center at 2010 Active Way.
