A commercial real estate company based in Atlanta has purchased a 177,500-SF flex facility on Shackleford Road for $13.6 million, Colliers Arkansas announced on Thursday.
Shackleford Corporate Center, 4201 S. Shackleford Road, had been owned by a group of Colliers investors including Drew Holbert. The property has national and local tenants, including Southern Pipe, D-BAT, Sherwin-Williams and Hagemeyer, Colliers said in a press release.
Pond Commercial LLC of Atlanta acquired the property through Pond Shackleford LLC, which was incorporated in Arkansas by Nat Smith, according to a filing with the Arkansas Secretary of State.
Pond Hamilton LLC, also incorporated by Smith, purchased the industrial/flex property on Scott Hamilton Road in southwest Little Rock in June for $9.85 million.
