Jean Block
Jean Block has been hired as chief legal officer of Little Rock Wastewater. In the new position, Block will serve as legal adviser and counsel to the wastewater utility’s staff and the Little Rock Water Reclamation Commission.
She was most recently chief legal counsel at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery for three and a half years, and she formerly worked as an assistant attorney general in the Consumer Protection Division.
