Mica Strother
Mica Strother has joined Baldwin & Shell Construction Co. in Little Rock as vice president of marketing and business development. Strother will implement a new sales and marketing program that will help position Baldwin & Shell as the company expands into new markets.
Strother comes from a career in fundraising and political consulting and most recently served as former Gov. Mike Beebe’s director of appointments to boards and commissions as well as finance director for his gubernatorial campaign. She serves as a board member for City Year Little Rock and Youth Home. Strother also is one of five gubernatorial-appointed members of the Arkansas State Claims Commission and is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association.
Strother received her bachelor’s degree from Ouachita Baptist University and her doctorate of law from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law.
