Megan Downs has been promoted to branch manager in Bald Knob at First Community Bank of Batesville. Downs has 17 years of experience in the banking industry and will now oversee operations at the Bald Knob branch. Pete Roulier has completed the required licensing examinations to become a licensed financial adviser for First Community Financial Services at First Community Bank. He now has his series 7 and 66 licenses held through LPL Financial as well as his Arkansas life insurance licensure. Roulier will work out of the Batesville branch.
James Churchwell has joined HCJ CPAs & Advisors of Little Rock as an IT manager. Churchwell has worked in the IT industry since 2005.
Justin Ramirez has been promoted to director of mergers and acquisitions at Zweig Group of Fayetteville. Ramirez has experience in the construction, finance, accounting and law sectors and will work to grow the mergers and acquisitions branch of Zweig.
