A farmer in Mississippi County listed debts between $1 million and $10 million when he filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection earlier this month.
Jim Ed Robins LLC of Manila is expected to file a more details about his bankruptcy at a later date. Robins incorporated his namesake company in 2000.
In the bankruptcy filing, he estimated the company’s assets at less than $50,000.
Robins’ bankruptcy attorney, Jeannette Robertson of Jonesboro, declined to comment on the case filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of Arkansas.
