A leading owner and operator of garden-style, multifamily apartment communities in the country, BSR prides itself on its recycling initiatives such as paper shredding, aluminum/plastic, and ink cartridges. In addition, the company’s corporate headquarters is a 106-year-old building that’s been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1977.

BSR is currently focused on adding value to existing multifamily properties through upkeep and extensive renovations, rather than building new developments.

BSR traces its roots back to 1956 with the formation of the Bailey Corporation in Little Rock. The company now owns and manages 46 properties across five states.

And BSR is growing. Within the last year, the company added five new, full-time positions.

BSR hosts employees from across the country at its headquarters in Little Rock for an annual “celebration of excellence” event. Staff who have given 5, 10, 15 and 20-plus years of service are recognized during the yearly company-wide celebration.
