The company’s health plan includes a wellness program that provides free services to employees who need assistance improving their health. Those no-cost services include fitness center memberships, a tobacco cessation program, health coaching, nutritional counseling and free personal training packages for employees with a BMI of 30 or higher.

Conway Regional encourages employees to give back and offers paid time off for community service. Employees volunteer at Kids Run Arkansas, which was founded by Conway Regional, and provides local schools with resources to begin running clubs. Another program employees help with is Safety Town, which teaches children how to be safe while biking near traffic.
