(Blue & You Foundation)
The Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas is offering grants of up to $150,000 for health initiatives at public schools, government agencies and nonprofit groups.
The grants are available to programs focusing on:
- behavioral health resources
- the social determinants of health
- maternal and pediatric health needs
- health equity
- whole person health
- medical condition innovation
The foundation last year provided $3.36 million in funds to 41 initiatives.
Applications are being accepted until July 15 on the foundation’s website.
The Blue & You Foundation is a charitable foundation established and funded by Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield to promote better health in the Natural State. Since 2001, it has awarded more than $49 million to nonprofits and governmental agencies in all 75 counties.
