Our six-pack of seven-digit real estate transactions this week is populated by a pair of car washes, two west Little Rock homes, a North Little Rock motel and an eight-bit store in Little Rock.
An affiliate of Store Capital of Scottsdale, Arizona, bought Boomerang car washes at 12301 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock for $2.1 million and 2702 S. Shackleford Road in Little Rock for $1.7 million.
The sellers were two limited liability companies led by John Bailey: Maumelle Boomerang and GDR Partners.
Michael and Jerene Montgomery sold a 5,748-SF manor in Valley Falls Estates for $1.6 million. Buyer: No. 2 Spring Valley Lane LLC, led by Ayesha and Rodney Thomason.
On the flip side, the Montgomerys purchased a 4,549-SF home in Hickory Creek for $1.2 million from Martha Smith.
Meanwhile, in North Little Rock, Shree Mahalaxmi Corp. of Humble, Texas, acquired the 55-room Simply Home Inn & Suites at 110 E. Pershing Blvd. for $1.3 million.

Back south of the Arkansas River, Dollar Little Rock LLC of Highland Park, Illinois, paid nearly $1.3 million for the Dollar General Store at 3500 John Barrow Road.
