Chelsea Boozer
Chelsea Boozer has been promoted to community and government affairs manager of Central Arkansas Water in Little Rock.
Boozer previously was CAW’s media specialist.
Kelley Erstine has been elected to a seven-year term on the board of Conway Corp.
Erstine is chief executive officer of the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas and previously was chief of staff at the University of Central Arkansas. He also served on the UCA board of trustees.
