Conway Regional Health System, founded in 1921 as Faulkner County Hospital, has been serving Faulkner County residents for more than 100 years.
Conway Regional’s network includes Conway Regional Medical Center, Dardanelle Regional Medical Center, 17 specialty care clinics and 10 primary care clinics.
One of Conway Regional’s goals is to keep care in the communities it serves.
The system’s biggest challenges are rising labor costs, which have increased by more than 7% in each of the last two years, and recruiting and retaining employees because of the limited number of health care workers in the market.
Conway Regional Health System’s success can be traced to its family culture and the teamwork of its nearly 2,000 employees. “To uphold our commitment to being ‘bold, exceptional and called,’ we approach each patient and their family with these values in mind across all our facilities,” said Matt Troup, Conway Regional’s president and CEO.
