JM Bozeman was founded by James Bozeman and his brother with one truck as a small family business in 1992.
Since then, it has grown to more than 200 tractors and 300 employees but is still a family business in Malvern.
The company hauls freight across most of the United States with terminals in Malvern, Memphis, Dallas and Atlanta. It offers traditional dry van and full and less-than-truckload services. In 2006, it added cattle hauling to its portfolio.
The company’s signature red color scheme was the spontaneous choice of founder James Bozeman, who picked the color of ketchup. In 2012, James Bozeman partnered with Michael Barr, who is now the company’s president and CEO.
The transportation industry faces cost challenges, but JM Bozeman Enterprises continues to focus on sustainable growth, driver safety and equipment upgrades.
