Middleton Heat & Air traces its roots to a Bryant carport in 1976. The Middleton family founded the company on a simple promise: honest, dependable service delivered like family. Nearly 50 years later, that vision has grown into a 292-person operation with offices across the state.
Middleton has navigated supply chain disruptions through planning and strong supplier relationships. The company operates its own manufacturing warehouse, fabricating components and maintaining robust local inventory that keeps technicians equipped and customers satisfied. That operational independence reinforces the trust that made Middleton into one of the most recognizable HVAC brands in Arkansas.
The company is also investing in the future through workforce partnerships, including with Saline County Career & Technical Campus, ensuring “The Middleton Way” serves the next generation of Arkansans.
