Commercial property occupied by BJ’s Brewhouse, a freestanding restaurant, was sold on Dec. 27 for $4.2 million to Four Corners Property Trust of Mill Valley, California.
The seller, represented by Todd Rice of Colliers International Arkansas, was Shackleford Crossings Investors, LLC.
The 8,500-SF restaurant at 2624 Shackleford Road in the Shackleford Crossings shopping center in Little Rock has been ground-leased by BJ’s since 2014. That lease is in place through 2034.
