The Cashion Co. Joins Patriot Growth Insurance as Partner Agency

2 min read

Little Rock-based insurance firm The Cashion Co. has joined Patriot Growth Insurance Services LLC of Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, as a partner agency.

The Cashion Co. will continue to operate with the same leadership and service teams, the companies said in a news release. Agency principals Matt Cashion, Lee Jackson, Michael Dornblaser, Andrew Davie and Cash McMillen will “remain actively involved in guiding the agency forward.”

“For us, this is a joint venture,” Matt Cashion said in the release. “We’ve built our business on trust, relationships, and responsiveness, and that’s not changing. The partnership with Patriot gives us more resources and strength behind what we already do best without compromising what we’ve worked hard to build over the last 50 years.”

The Cashion Co. has offices in Little Rock and Fayetteville. The firm specializes in construction risk management, surety bonding and captive insurance solutions. The company’s founder, Knight Cashion, was the first non-contractor inducted into the Arkansas Construction Industry Hall of Fame.

“The Cashion Company is a phenomenal addition to the Patriot team,” Steve Carroll, Patriot’s chief acquisition officer, said in a statement. “Their expertise in construction insurance and surety bonding, combined with a long-standing commitment to specialized service and integrity, aligns perfectly with our core values. … We’re excited to build on that success and support the next phase of Cashion’s growth journey.”

Patriot, founded in 2019, is one the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., with more than 2,100 employees operating in over 100 locations across 28 states. The company said it uses a collaborative model to deliver resources and strategic support to its agencies. Partner agencies “continue to operate with a high degree of independence” in their local markets.
