Jonathan Chance of Garcia Wealth Management-Northwestern Mutual in Conway
Jonathan Chance has joined Garcia Wealth Management-Northwestern Mutual of Conway as a financial planning analyst.
Chance will be responsible for financial, economic and planning analysis for the firm’s clients. He was previously a portfolio manager at First Security Bank in Little Rock.
Grace Rains has been promoted to executive director of the Conductor, a partnership between the University of Central Arkansas and Startup Junkie that aims to drive innovation and entrepreneurship.
Rains joined the Conductor in August 2019 as director of operations. Before that, she worked in business development at Conway Regional Health System.
Grant Wallace, chief deputy treasurer with the Arkansas treasurer’s office, received the Public Finance Employee of the Year award from the National Association of State Treasurers. The award honors the outstanding work of a state treasury staffer.
