Charles Lyford of Little Rock has been hired as a managing attorney for the Arkansas Department of Career Education.
Lyford, previously an assistant attorney general, began his new position in March.
Dutch King has been hired as a project manager for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission in Little Rock.
King graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and previously worked for Perks Worldwide.
