• Chenal Creek Little Rock AR LLC of Los Angeles bought its namesake 27,454-SF retail project at 12800 Chenal Parkway for nearly $9 million.
The sellers were a group of local investors that included Walthour-Flake Co., led by Dickson Flake; Nolan and Barbara Rushing and K & D Huchingson Ltd., led by Kevin Huchingson; C. Barnett Grace Ltd., led by Barnett Grace; Philip and Melanie Grace; and Moore CC Properties LLC, led by Mona Lee Garner.
• Arkansas Health Group, led by Will Rusher, acquired the Lakewood Clinic at 2508 Crestwood Road for $2.4 million.
Seller: Crestwood Medical Joint Venture, led by Brian Winstead.
• James and Amanda Smith purchased a 14,900-SF manor in the Valley Falls Estates neighborhood for almost $1.9 million.

• Candy and Raymond Nosler bought a 7,760-SF home on 12.1 acres from Diane Irby.
