► Chenal Lot 8 Development Co. LLC, led by Leonard Boen and Darshan Patel, paid $6 million to PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC for a 12.2-acre commercial site in west Little Rock.
The interior parcel is near the northeast corner of Chenal Parkway and Rahling Road.
► Black Knight 24 LLC, an affiliate of Essential Properties Realty Trust in Princeton, New Jersey, purchased the eateries at 208 Brookswood Road in Sherwood for nearly $2 million, 209 Marshall Road in Jacksonville for more than $1.8 million and 104 Carnahan Drive in Maumelle for more than $1.7 million.
Seller? Oklahoma DND Group LLC of Mission Viejo, California.
► LR Markham Hotel LLC, led by Umang Patel and Nimesh and Davesh Sitaram, sold the 72-room Markham House Suites at 5120 W. Markham St. in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock for more than $3.5 million.
Buyer: Titan General Contractors LLC, led by Abigail Reaves and Debra Hope.
► Serenity Park Propco LLC, an affiliate of Continuum Healthcare of Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, bought its 21,555-SF namesake addiction recovery center at 2711 W. Roosevelt Road in Little Rock for $2.5 million.

► Phoenix Ark MHC LLC and Paradise Village Ark MCH LLC, both of Jackson, Tennessee, sold their namesake mobile home properties in Jacksonville for $2.1 million.
Who purchased the 37-unit Paradise Village project at 300 Taylor St. and the 65-unit Phoenix project at 2205 Green Acres Road? Heroes Park One LLC of Berkeley, California.
► Adrian Williamson IV and his wife, Emily, acquired a 4,875-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood for nearly $1.2 million from MJ Innovative Builders Corp., led by Jamal Solaimanian.
► Ann Cain sold a 3,006-SF Riverbend condo in Little Rock’s Riverdale area for $1 million from Tedford Joint Revocable Trust, led by William and Patricia Tedford.
