1 min read

CHI St. Vincent announced last week the groundbreaking on an $8 million, 44,000-SF medical office building at its west Little Rock satellite campus.

The project is expected to be completed in June 2015, Jonathan Timmis, executive vice president and chief strategy officer for CHI St. Vincent, told Arkansas Business last week.

CHI St. Vincent West will offer outpatient imaging services, including MRIs, CTs and ultrasounds, at the site. Timmis said the cost of the imaging equipment is $5.2 million.

On the second floor of the three-story building will be CHI St. Vincent Breast Center.

Michael Pohlkamp D.D.S. Family Dentistry and Cornerstone Pharmacy also will be in the building, which is next to the Promenade at Chenal shopping center.

The developers of the project are Mohr Health of Dallas and Irwin Partners of Little Rock. Cromwell Architects Engineers Inc. of Little Rock, Clark Contractors of Little Rock and White-Daters & Associates Inc. of Little Rock also worked on the project.

CHI St. Vincent West’s 37-acre health and wellness campus opened in 2011. It includes a primary care clinic, an urgent care center and geriatric and sleep services.
