1 min read

Acxiom Corp. of Little Rock said Monday that its chief revenue officer, Nada Stirratt, will resign effective March 31.

Stirratt, who also served as executive vice president, joined the company in 2012.

Acxiom said in a news release that Stirratt is pursuing other opportunities and will help with the transition leading up to her departure. CEO Scott Howe said in the release that he was confident in the company’s sales team’s “ability to carry on fully as we move through this transition.”

“We are appreciative of the numerous contributions Nada has made to Acxiom during her time here. She was an integral part of our digital transformation and the early success of the Audience Operating System. We wish Nada the best of luck in her future endeavors,” Howe said.

Stirratt’s base salary was $507,081 in 2013 and her total compensation exceeded $2.1 million in both 2012 and 2013.

Acxiom began rolling out the Audience Operating System in 2013. Howe has said it will allow marketers, agencies and publishers to have “one-to-one marketing capabilities at scale across all channels and devices.”

The company also said it will announce its fiscal 2015 third-quarter earnings on Feb. 4.

Acxiom in November reported a second-quarter loss of $1.5 million, compared to a $9.8 million profit the year before.

The company reported AOS revenue of about $15 million during the second quarter.
