Lile Choate of Bank OZK

Lile Choate has joined Bank OZK of Little Rock as senior vice president and personal trust officer.
In this role, he will work with individuals and families to ensure their estate plans are administered according to the terms they have established.
Choate has more than 25 years of legal experience, including practice in his own firm.

David Mitchell Jr. has been appointed as litigation section head at Rose Law Firm in Little Rock. He has succeeded B.J. Walker, who has stepped down after serving this role for nine years.
Mitchell was also named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2021 40 & Under Hot List.
Brian Bowen has been appointed chief of staff to Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge, and Kerry Jucas Moody has been appointed deputy chief of staff. Bowen will succeed Cory Cox as chief of staff in mid-August as Cox transitions to a new job with CareSource.
