Northwest Arkansas businessman Chris Davis has announced the launch of Davis Capital Partners LLC, a private equity real estate investment company that specializes in acquiring value-add multifamily properties.
Davis has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. His past roles include senior mortgage adviser at Cornerstone Home Lending Inc., and mortgage loan officer at IberiaBank and Meridian Mortgage, according to his LinkedIn page.
Davis Capital Partners said the company is designed to cater to accredited investors. The company targets average annual returns of 15% to 20% by renovating and improving properties.
“We recognize the potential that commercial real estate investing holds for our clients,” Davis said. “We are committed to harnessing that potential and delivering the best possible results to our investors.”
