Dicus, formerly president of the Arkansas Game & Fish Foundation, has been hired as a real estate sales agent.
Bethge, previously a senior vice president at Jefferson Title Co. LLC in Pine Bluff, has been hired as executive real estate broker and firm closing coordinator.
Jayme Martindale and Alysia Wells have been promoted and Emily Nichols and Sidney Roach have been hired at Colliers International Arkansas in Little Rock.
Martindale was promoted from controller to director of property accounting.
Wells was promoted from assistant property manager to property manager.
Nichols, previously a universal banker at IberiaBank in Little Rock, was hired as a lease administrator.
Roach, previously an assistant property manager at Roach Limited Partnership, was hired as an assistant property manager.
