Mike Angel Properties LLC of Conway bought a 2,660-SF office building at 5300 Evergreen Drive in Little Rock for $415,000 from the United Methodist Foundation of Arkansas.
In a separate transaction, Exalters of Christ Ministries International sold a 5.84-acre development at 8923 Sunset Lane in southwest Little Rock for $407,247 to Kidz Palace Therapy LLC of Little Rock, led by Gregory Plunkett.
