Circle K Purchases Surpass $9M (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A pair of 4,200-SF convenience stores changed hands in tandem deals totaling $9.02 million.

Crain Properties LLC, owned by the Larry Paul Crain Sr. Revocable Trust, sold the Circle K projects to a pair of limited liability companies in Vero Beach, Florida.

9324 Highway 107 LLC bought its namesake Sherwood address for $4.89 million, and 10321 Col. Glenn Rd LLC acquired its namesake west Little Rock address for $4.12 million.

Crain Properties purchased the projects in August 2020 deals with affiliates of Net Lease Alliance in Montgomery, Alabama.

The 0.71-acre Sherwood development was bought for $4.8 million from NLA East Maryland CK LLC. The 1.54-acre west Little Rock development was acquired for $4.1 million from NLA Colonel Glenn CK LLC.

Transmission Transaction

A 7,440-SF auto repair project in west Little Rock weighed in at $1.3 million.

Hinson Loop Holding LLC, led by Marc Miller and Dwayne Miller Jr., purchased Razorback Transmission at 1800 Hinson Loop Road. The seller is OS&T Inc., led by Orville Bolin Jr.

OS&T provided a $1.1 million mortgage to finance the transaction.

OS&T acquired the 0.74-acre site for $106,000 in June 1990 from Charles Clifton Sr. and his wife, Cecilia.

Golden Arch Land

A 1.49-acre restaurant development in west Little Rock is in motion after a $1.2 million land deal.

McDonald’s Real Estate Co. of Chicago bought the site at the southwest corner of Colonel Glenn and Talley roads from Colonel Glenn Centre LLC, led by Leonard Boen.

The site was purchased in June 2001 as part of a 60-acre deal for $2.9 million. The sellers were Sally Ferguson, Pamela Ferguson McPherson and Wendy Ferguson Wheelis.

Restaurant Sale

A 1,540-SF North Little Rock eatery rang up a $325,000 sale.

Keihiro Hibachi & Sushi Japanese Steakhouse LLC, led by Fnu Hendri, acquired its namesake eatery location at 250 E. Military Drive from Bobo Lee.

The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $260,000 from Bank OZK.

Lee bought the 0.61-acre property for $175,000 in October 1982 from A.J. and Lucille Brown.

Letterpress Acquisition

A 10,500-SF industrial building in southwest Little Rock drew a $250,000 transaction.

Ahmed Alaamari purchased the 7611 Morris Road project from Letterpress Graphics LLC, led by Bobby Driggers and John Kennedy.

Driggers and the John & Joann Kennedy Living Trust provided a $190,000 mortgage to back the deal.

Letterpress Graphics acquired the 0.79-acre property for $25,000 in December 2010 from Alberta Gross.

Bitzer Buy

A 3,754-SF office-warehouse in south Pulaski County sold for $200,000.

Bitzer Properties LLC, led by Caemeron and Leanna Bitzer, bought the 10800 Arch Street Pike project. The seller is Victory Enterprises LLC, led by Jerry Victory.

The deal is financed with a three-year loan of $160,000 from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

The 0.57-acre site was bougt for $4,500 in August 1970 from Viola Lewis.

Bear Den Estates

A 3,900-SF home in the Bear Den Estates neighborhood of west Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.11 million.

Kelli and Jason Stabbs acquired the house from Hines Homes LLC, led by Brandon Hines.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $832,000 from Morgan Stanley Private Bank of Cincinnati.

Hines Homes bought the 0.32-acre site for $97,000 in July 2022 from Bear Den Development Co. LLC, led by Drew Holbert.

Abington Court

A 3,467-SF home in west Little Rock’s Abington Court neighborhood changed hands in an $825,000 deal.

The Goss Living Trust, led by Glynn Goss Jr. and his wife, Kathy, purchased the house from Jim Pace Homes LLC.

The deal is backed with a one-year loan of $885,000 from Central Bank of Little Rock.

Jim Pace Homes acquired the 0.25-acre site for $145,000 in September 2024 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.

Hickory Grove

A 3,828-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hickory Grove neighborhood drew a $725,000 transaction.

Autumn and Bradford Patterson purchased the house from the M Blair & Jani D. Hays Living Trust.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $688,750 from Rocket Mortgage LLC of Detroit.

The trust acquired the residence for $600,000 in March 2021 from Michael and Olivia Enderlin.

The Ridge

A 3,596-SF home in The Ridge neighborhood of Little Rock is under new ownership after a $785,000 sale.

Kevin and Shannon Bryant bought the house from James and Catherine Jordan.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $510,250 from Commerce Bank of Kansas City, Missouri.

The Jordans purchased the residence for $444,000 in January 2004 from Thomas and Sally Overbey.

Cammack Woods

A 3,568-SF home in the Cammack Woods neighborhood rang up a $755,000 sale.

John and Erica Erck acquired the Cammack Village house from Payton and Chelsea Seelinger.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $455,000 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

The Seelingers bought the home for $694,900 in July 2021 from JPL Construction LLC, led by Patrick Dennis.

Maumelle Valley Estates

A 3,635-SF home in Maumelle sold for $700,000. Nathan and Tateyanna Alderson bought the house in the Maumelle Valley Estates neighborhood from Tammy Hill.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $550,000 from New American Funding LLC of Tustin, California.

The 0.61-acre site was bought for $66,000 in 2018 from Maumelle Valley LLC, led by Gilbert Carpenter.

The Estates

Joshua and Shelly York paid the Wanda B. Brown Revocable Trust $1.2 million for its 6,971-SF home in The Estates neighborhood of west Little Rock.

The 0.62-acre site was acquired for $160,000 in February 1993 from El Dorado’s Deltic Farm & Timber Co.
