Clarinda Foote Moves Up at Citizens Bank

Citizens Bank of Batesville on Thursday announced that Clarinda Foote has been promoted to senior vice president and chief administrative officer.

In her new role, Foote will play a part in shaping and implementing administrative policies and functions. She’ll oversee functions in support of the CEO and board of directors, actively participate in various committees, and more.

“Clarinda’s outstanding abilities have consistently impressed us at Citizens Bank,” Adam Mitchell, president and CEO of Citizens Bank, said in a news release. “Her extensive knowledge of our organization, along with her unwavering dedication to our customers and community, make her an invaluable asset to our team.”

Foote’s past roles include vice president of administration and chief of staff at Lyon College.

She has professional certifications in administrative services management, Title IX, strategic planning, crisis management, disaster recovery and risk management.

“I am grateful for this opportunity to use my experience to contribute to the success of Citizens Bank,” Foote said in the release. “It’s an honor to serve the community and our customers through an organization that intentionally and persistently adheres to its People First mission statement.”
