Clark Contractors Buys New Home (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 39,452-SF office building in west Little Rock tipped the scales at $7.5 million. 11101 Anderson Drive LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson, sold its namesake address to Clark Contractors LLC, led by William Clark.

The deal is financed with a five-year loan of nearly $4.3 million from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

11101 Anderson Drive, originally led by Stephen LaFrance Jr. and his brother, Jason, bought the 2.45-acre development for nearly $3.2 million in March 2010 from Alltel Properties LLC.

Swimgym Acquisition

A 19,610-SF fitness facility weighed in at $1.8 million.

Swimgym LLC, led by Constance Raley and Karen Lamoreaux, purchased the Sports Center of Little Rock at 4701 Sam Peck Road. The seller is Arkansas Sports Medicine LLC, led by Eric Gordon and James Tucker Jr.

The deal is backed with a 20-year loan of $1.8 million from First Service Bank of Greenbrier.

Arkansas Sports Medicine acquired the 5.42-acre former Westside YMCA development for $1.3 million in June 2012 from the Young Men’s Christian Association of Metropolitan Little Rock.

Blue Collar Buy

A 4,800-SF warehouse in North Little Rock rang up a $300,000 sale.

Blue Collar Holdings LLC, led by David Lee Roberts, bought the Stageworks project at 3721 Harold St. from Rogers River Holdings LLC, led by Jonathan Rogers.

The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $200,000 from People’s Bank of Sheridan.  The 0.34-acre development was purchased for $110,000 in November 2010 from Kone Inc., led by Kenneth Schmid Jr.

Whamlett Purchase

A 3,200-SF warehouse in North Little Rock drew a $192,000 transaction.

Whamlett Properties LLC, led by John Bramlett Jr., acquired the 5100 E. 38th St. project from the Herbert L. Skiles & Linda Skiles Revocable Trust.

The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $256,000 from Telco Federal Credit Union of Little Rock.

The 0.24-acre site was bought for $8,000 in September 1994 from William and Lois Rutledge.

Abington Court

A 4,812-SF home in west Little Rock’s Abington Court neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.07 million.

Sean and Amy Hoagland purchased the house from Home Sweet Home Inc., led by Rebecca Voth. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $856,000 from PrimeLending of Dallas.

Home Sweet Home acquired the 0.28-acre site for $128,000 in December 2022 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.

Heights Home

A 3,465-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock sold for $940,000. Connor Reddick bought the house from Steven and Danielle Cherney. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $353,000 from Encore Bank of Little Rock.

The Cherneys purchased the residence for $749,500 in November 2018 from Samuel and Jodeen Evans.

Mirabel Court

A 3,801-SF home in west Little Rock’s Mirabel Court neighborhood changed hands in an $819,900 deal.

Devin and Shannon Vitone acquired the house from the Chris & Billie Shields Revocable Trust.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $655,920 from Encore Bank.

Chris Shields bought the residence for $559,585 in December 2016 from Richard Harp Homes Inc.

St. John’s Place

A 2,687-SF home in Little Rock’s St. John’s Place neighborhood is under new ownership after a $775,000 transaction.

Emily Gregory purchased the house from the Patricia L. Menz Revocable Trust.

The residence was acquired for $450,000 in October 2000 from the Patsy E. Grace Revocable Trust.

Corlay Court

A 3,582-SF home in west Little Rock’s Corlay Court neighborhood sold for $750,000.

Jignesh Patel bought the house from Lopez Property Management LLC, led by Jeronimo Lopez.

The deal is backed with a 20-year loan of $600,000 from Newrez LLC of Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

Lopez Property Management purchased the 0.53-acre site for $79,000 in September 2021.

The seller was PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.

Shadowlawn Abode

A 1,891-SF home in Little Rock’s Shadowlawn neighborhood drew a $660,000 transaction.

Arch Jones acquired the house from Rhys and Leslie Branman.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $619,875 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.

Rhys Branman bought the residence for $462,500 in February 2022 from Julie Hagood.

Ferndale Buy

Andrew and Rebecca Rose paid Nathan and Marla Livers $1.18 million for their 3,995-SF home on 14.19 acres near the Ferndale community in west Pulaski County.

The Livers family purchased the property for $435,000 in May 2015 from Cynthia Woodward.
