Clint Whitley of Empirical Energy Solutions
Clint Whitley has been promoted to principal at Empirical Energy Solutions in Little Rock.
Whitley, who was hired as director of sustainability and business development at EES in 2017, previously worked as sustainability coordinator for Cromwell Architects Engineers, and he serves on the Little Rock Sustainability Commission.
He also previously chaired the United States Green Building Council’s Leadership Advisory Board for Arkansas.
Baldwin & Shell Construction was ranked in the Engineering News-Record 2018 Top 400 Contractors List, which ranks both publicly and privately held general contractors nationwide.
The ENR Top 400 report ranks companies by construction revenue.
