Coca-Cola bottling plant, 7000 Interstate 30 in Little Rock
A soda plant, agri acreage and an equipment rental venue form this week’s trio of big real estate transactions.
• An affiliate of Coca-Cola Consolidated Bottling Co. of Charlotte, North Carolina, bought the 225,728-SF Coca-Cola bottling complex at 7000 Interstate 30 for nearly $11 million.
The largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the nation acquired the 22.2-acre complex from Atlanta’s Coca-Cola Refreshments USA Inc., a subsidiary of the Coca-Cola Co.
• C.H. Triplett Co. of Pine Bluff sold more than 800 acres in Lonoke County about a mile southwest of Allport for $2.4 million.
Buyer: Piney Brake Farms LLC, an investment group led by Gar Lile.
• National Retail Properties Ltd. of Orlando, Florida, purchased the 6.7-acre Hertz Equipment Rental development at 10800 Interstate 30 for nearly $1.8 million.
Who sold the 9,600-SF facility? HERC Rentals Inc. of Bonita Springs, Florida, a subsidiary of the Hertz Corp.
