Colliers Arkansas on Thursday announced the $4.01 million sale of an office building at 11025 Anderson Dr. in west Little Rock.
The buyer was Midpoint Real Estate LLC, represented in the transaction by Jessica Flake Dearnley of Flake and Co.
The seller was Paramount Holdings LLC, led by Haitham Alley. The seller was represented by Isaac Smith of Colliers.
Paramount Holdings acquired the building in 2013 for $3.6 million.
The three-story, 17,264-SF building near the Interstate 430 and Cantrell Road interchange was built in 1989.
