Colliers International Arkansas of Little Rock announced Wednesday that it has acquired commercial real estate management firm Irwin Saviers Ballard, also of Little Rock.
ISB’s portfolio includes WestLake Corporate Park and One Cantrell. The firm’s six property managers and maintenance technicians will join the Colliers International staff.
The ISB staff includes partners Mark Saviers, who is also a principal at Sage Partners, and Jim Irwin.
Irwin is also a former principal with Irwin Partners of Little Rock and now an executive broker with Colliers. Colliers International Arkansas merged with Irwin Partners in September.
The additional properties managed by ISB will bring Colliers’ total SF under management to about 17.9 million.
“This acquisition has been a seamless process for our respective teams, and our goal for the clients is to experience the same level of service and support they have come to expect,” Isaac Smith, president of Colliers International Arkansas, said in a news release.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
