Colliers Principals Elevated to Everest Club (Movers & Shakers)

Kevin Huchingson, Mark Bentley, Isaac Smith and Steve Lane, all principals with Colliers International Arkansas, have been recognized as members of the company’s Everest Club for being among the top 10 percent of Colliers’ brokers across North America last year.

Huchingson, president and CEO of Colliers International Arkansas, has been with the firm since 1993, becoming president in 2002.

Bentley, principal and managing director of the Colliers office in central Arkansas, began his real estate career in 1984 and was a co-founder and manager of IBR Real Estate Inc. until it merged with Colliers in 2003.

Smith, principal and executive vice president, joined Colliers in 2003 as a broker and became a principal in 2009.

Lane, managing director of the Colliers International office in northwest Arkansas, began his career as a real estate manager for Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and later founded Lane Real Estate Services, which merged with Colliers in 2005.
