Did you know a single-purpose LLC recently raised $2.25 million to buy an office building in Rogers?
Campeones LLC, an affiliate of Colliers International Rogers’ office, bought the 18,000-SF building at the end of February. Campeones’ building at 3728 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway currently has three tenants.
A filing with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission shows Campeones’ first sale was on Valentine’s Day. The filing also reports that there were 20 investors in the company, and the minimum investment amount was $50,000.
