Arkansas Tech Systems LLC, an affiliate of Chicago’s Headlands Technologies, bought the 15900 Arkansas Systems Drive project from Conway’s Acxiom LLC.
Acxiom purchased the 6.69-acre site in July 2003 as part of a $2.7 million deal with Hank and Stephanie Kelly, the Ken Starnes II Family Trust, David Payne, John Flake, James H. Hendren Family Ltd. and ASI Holdings Inc., led by Payne.
The investors acquired the land in the name of Chenal Technology Center LLC in July 1995 largely through a $600,000 deal with Donald and Wilma Kirk.
Northshore Property
An 11.05-acre commercial site in North Little Rock was assembled in two deals totaling $2.87 million.
Arkansas Specialty Partners LLC, led by Dr. Kirk Reynolds, purchased the land at the northeast corner of Northshore Drive and Northshore Place.
The sellers are Jonesboro Investment Co. LLC, led by Herbert Parker, a 4.37-acre parcel for $1.48 million; and Pfeifer Family Ltd. No. 1, led by Gene Pfeifer, a 6.67-acre parcel for $1.38 million.
The deal is backed with a one-year loan of $1.8 million from Truist Bank of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Jonesboro Investment acquired its land for $1.07 million in March 2008 from Pfeifer Family Ltd. The limited partnership bought its property in May 2000 as part of a $2.1 million 600-acre deal with Karen Smith Riecke and North Shore Ltd., led by Harold Tenenbaum.
Church Transaction
An 8,440-SF church in the Governor’s Mansion neighborhood of downtown Little Rock rang up a $450,000 transaction.
Rufus K. Young Christian Church Inc., led by Rickey Hicks, acquired the Little Rock Community Church at 2000 Louisiana St.
The seller is Haybar Properties LLC, led by Bryan Hosto.
Haybar provided a one-year mortgage of $405,000 to finance the deal.
The limited liability company purchased the 0.25-acre development for $135,000 five months ago from Little Rock Community Church, led by Christy Vail.
Industrial Land
A 0.89-acre industrial site in south Little Rock changed hands in a $150,000 deal.
6724 Interstate 30 Property Holdings LLC, led by Cale Block, bought the parcel.
The property is near the northwest corner of 61st Street and Interstate Drive.
The seller is 6724 I-30 LLC, led by David Carpenter.
6724 I-30 acquired the property in September 2014 as part of a $493,500 deal .
The sellers were Clifton Family LLLP, led by Norman Clifton.
Bretagne Circle
A 5,070-SF home in west Little Rock’s Bretagne Circle neighborhood weighed in at $1.17 million.
Jerry and Edwina Wilson purchased the house from Mark and Christina Hopkins.
The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $250,000 from PNC Bank of Wilmington, Delaware.
The Hopkins family bought the residence for $900,000 in April 2021 from Mark and Tammie Davis.
Chenal Downs
A 4,372-SF home in west Pulaski County’s Chenal Downs neighborhood sold for $1.12 million.
Abdulla Abunasrah and Kacy Beck acquired the house from Jerry and Edwina Wilson. The deal is backed with a 15-year loan of $806,000 from U.S. Bank of Cincinnati.
The Wilsons purchased the 5-acre site for $168,000 in May 2007 from Rodney and Karen McCarver.
Falstone Court
A 4,413-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood drew an $868,500 transaction. Bryan and Jessica Glenn bought the house from Anusha Sunkara and Venkata Kommineni.
The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $806,500 from CommunityAmerica Credit Union of Lenexa, Kansas.
Sunkara and Kommineni acquired the residence for $809,900 in August 2021 from Liberty Construction LLC, led by Mark Shepard.
River Heights
A 3,338-SF home in Little Rock’s River Heights neighborhood rang up an $800,000 deal.
The Rhodes Joint Revocable Trust, led by Marty and Tricia Rhodes, purchased the house.
The seller is Triple Three LLC, led by Carol Allen.
The limited liability company bought the residence for $675,000 in 2009 from Roger Glasgow.
Shiloh Grove
MS Newcon LLC of Memphis paid $1.05 million for five houses at 8420-8424 and 8502-8504 Oxford Valley Drive in Little Rock’s Shiloh Grove neighborhood.
The seller, D.R. Horton Inc. of Arlington, Texas, acquired the homesites in August 2024 as part of a $1.1 million deal with E-Steps Investors LLC, led by Vincent Contorno III.
