♦ Harps Food Stores Inc. of Springdale acquired the former Price Cutter project at 380 Harkrider St. for $2 million from an affiliate of Spirit Realty Capital of Scottsdale, Arizona.

♦ Emil & Mary Farm LLC, led by David Nabholz, purchased land on the north side of Highway 64 near the Faulkner County Fairgrounds for more than $1.7 million.
