Kimberly Dorsey has been hired by AgHeritage Farm Credit Services of Little Rock as a loan assistant. She will be working in the company’s Lonoke office. She is leaving her position as human resource business partner at Windstream Communications of Little Rock.

Robert Smith, a partner at Friday Eldredge & Clark LLP of Little Rock, has been appointed to the board of directors of Farmers Bank & Trust of Magnolia. He also serves on the board of the bank’s holding company, Magnolia Banking Corp.
Education

Amy Fisher, chief human resources officer at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, has been selected for the upcoming emerging leaders program held by the College & University Professional Association for Human Resources of Knoxville, Tennessee. She has worked at the university since 2007 and is one of 12 people selected nationwide.

Blake Perkins has been appointed chief academic officer at Arkansas State University-Beebe. He is also vice president of the Arkansas Historical Association of Fayetteville.
Food Service

Christopher Held has been hired by 7 Brew of Springdale as its first chief supply officer. He is leaving his role, also chief supply officer, at Inspire Brands LCC of Atlanta, which owns several popular fast-food chains.
Government

Janet Mann has been appointed secretary of the Arkansas Department of Human Services. She is leaving her position as the department’s deputy secretary of programs and state Medicaid director. Mann will take her new position July 25 and will replace Kristi Putnam, who is stepping down after two-and-a-half years.
Health Care

Dr. Evan Edwards has been hired by Arkansas Dental Centers of Malvern as an associate dentist. He will work at the company’s Malvern location, following the retirement of Dr. David Brewer.

Matt Seefeld has been promoted to president and chief executive officer by MedEvolve of Little Rock. He joined the company in 2017 and most recently served as executive vice president and chief commercial officer.

Molly Murphey, an advanced practice registered nurse, has been hired by Washington Regional to work at Renal Specialists of Northwest Arkansas, which has locations in Springdale, Fayetteville, Bentonville and Siloam Springs.

Josh Hallenbeck has been hired by the Rose Law Firm of Little Rock as counsel and will work in the business section of the firm’s Little Rock office. He is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office of Alexandria, Virginia.

MiKayla Jayroe has joined Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull PLLC of Little Rock as an associate. She will work in its Springdale office, focusing on tax and transactional work.

Christian Ostermann has been hired by the National Cold War Center of Blytheville as executive director. He has worked at the center since 2022 as co-chair of its national advisory board.

Chase Weatherley, a plant operator apprentice at Conway Corp., has earned his class II wastewater treatment license from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality. He works at the Tupelo Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant in Conway.

Matthew Stephens has been promoted to telecom business class services technician 1 at Conway Corp. He has also earned business class services certification from the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers of Exton, Pennsylvania. He has worked at the utility since 2020.
