KO Storage of Minnetonka, Minnesota announced it has purchased three self-storage facilities in Harrison from Crockett Properties.
In a news release, KO Storage said it acquired the properties in a multimillion-dollar transaction, but did not disclose further details of the deal.
“We are excited at the opportunity for growing business in Harrison,” Charles Gardiner, CEO of KO Storage, said in a statement. “The Planning and Zoning team and all the local contractors we have worked with have been nothing but welcoming to us. On behalf of KO Storage, we appreciate the hospitality. Love the partnership.”
KO Storage operates in over 24 states.
