Susan Blair has joined DD&F Consulting Group Inc. of Little Rock as a principal, the firm announced Monday.
The firm provides consulting services to the community banking industry nationwide.
As principal, Blair will provide a wide range of marketing and communication services to DD&F clients, including marketing strategy and planning, product and pricing analysis, merger and acquisition integration, public relations and media relations, product development and implementation, customer onboarding and retention strategies, and rebranding.
Blair brings more than 40 years of marketing and communications experience in the banking industry to the firm, including leadership roles in regional, national and community banks. She previously served as executive vice president and director of corporate communications at Bank OZK, as senior vice president and district manager at U.S. Bank, and as senior vice president and director of marketing at Twin City Bank.
Blair has a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Bank Marketing Association School of Advanced Marketing and Strategic Planning and is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America.
Randy Dennis, president of DD&F, said in a news release, called her experience “second to none, particularly in regard to working with large-scale projects for rapidly growing banks and publicly traded organizations.”
He also said, “she understands the challenges and opportunities facing banks both locally and across the country and will be an invaluable asset to our firm and our client base.”
