Publicly traded restaurant chain Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group of Southlake, Texas, said Monday that it plans to hire 120 employees for its new Little Rock location scheduled to open in September at The Promenade in Chenal.
“We are thrilled to call Little Rock our new home and look forward to offering central Arkansans a stylish and fun dining experience,” Mark Smith, the restaurant’s general manager, said in a news release. “We’re looking to hire a vibrant staff that can bring the unparalleled service that Del Frisco’s Grille is known for to our guests.”
Available positions include servers, bartender, food runners, host/hostess, bussers, dishwasher, butcher, as well as line, prep and broiler cooks.

Arkansas Business reported in March that the restaurant had sealed the deal to lease the site for its first Arkansas restaurant, located on a 1.78-acre site at the southwest corner of Chenal Parkway and the middle entrance to The Promenade.
