Devin Shirley
Devin Shirley has been promoted to director of information security at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Little Rock. He joined in January 2016 as manager for the business solutions center.
Shirley received his bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York, and his master’s degree in telecommunications management from Oklahoma State University.
