Larry Watkins
Larry Watkins has been hired as an attorney at the Little Rock office of Dover Dixon Horne PLLC.
His practice focuses on corporate, construction and construction finance matters, including transactions, litigation and regulation.
He was previously corporate counsel for Abengoa USA, an engineering and construction company, and he has previous experience as a construction project engineer and project manager.
