Eagle Bank’s Jeff Lynch Takes Seat on Federal Reserve Council (Movers & Shakers)

Jeff Lynch, president and CEO of Eagle Bank & Trust in Heber Springs, has been appointed to a three year term on the Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

Matt Reddin has joined Simmons First National Bank in Pine Bluff as president of the private banking group. Reddin, with more than 12 years of industry experience, was selected as one of Arkansas Business’ 40 Under 40 in 2009 and is a graduate of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Greater Little Rock program.

Kyle Proctor has joined Arvest Bank in Little Rock as vice president and marketing manager for the central Arkansas market. He previously was a marketing consultant for the Arkansas Press Association.

Health Care

Tina Butler and John Zamaites have joined IMWell Health in Fort Smith. Butler joins the company as director of business development for Arkansas, western Tennessee and Mississippi. He previously served as an employee benefits consultant for Legacy Capital Group. Zamaites will be director of business development for Texas and has 12 years of experience at Alcon, Pitney Bowes and Aflac.

Dr. Stephen Parker has been named medical director of Harbor House Inc., a private, nonprofit behavioral health center in Fort Smith.

Engineering

Dan Williams, CEO of Garver in North Little Rock, has been named a board member of the Arkansas Research Alliance.

Jim Chidester has joined Batson Inc. in Little Rock as a senior mechanical engineer. He previously served as the owner and managing member of Chidester Engineering. He was named an Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 in 2010.

Business Services

Richard Smith has joined ABC Financial in Little Rock as chief technology officer. Smith has 25 years of technology execution and leadership experience, most recently at De La Rue as the head of R&D for the solutions division.

Education

Jennifer Smith has been appointed associate general counsel at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Smith has worked at UAMS since 2011, starting as director of conflict of interest. She became director of risk management in 2013.

Legal

Rodney Moore has joined Wright Lindsey & Jennings LLP in Little Rock as an of counsel member of its business litigation group. For more than 20 years, Moore practiced with Wright Berry Moore & White in Arkadelphia, serving as its managing partner over the past 10 years.

Media/Marketing

Chantel Moseby has joined the Sells Agency in Fayetteville as a junior account executive. She previously was a news producer for KFSM-TV in Fort Smith.
