Dean Kahler, Jim Rollins and Brent Staley have joined the board of directors of Environmental & Spatial Technology Inc. of Little Rock, better known as the EAST Initiative. Kahler is vice chancellor for enrollment management at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Rollins is superintendent of the Springdale School District. Staley is CEO of Staley Inc. John Ahlen, former president of the Arkansas Science & Technology Authority and a founding member of the board who served from 2001-07 and again from 2012-15, has ended his term on the board.
Kevin Nelson recently joined Arkansas Foodbank as chief operations officer. A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, he was previously transportation manager and director of operations for Glazer’s Distributors of Arkansas Inc.
