1801 Rahling Road in west Little Rock
Encore Bank of Little Rock, which has operations in northwest Arkansas and Jonesboro, will lease 16,000 SF at 1801 Rahling Road in west Little Rock for its new headquarters and a branch.
Rahling Rock LLC owns the new two-story building at the corner of Rahling and Kirk Road.
The bank said there will be a client service area and drive-up window, client loan solutions, mortgage bankers and support staff offices at the new branch.
Interior finishes must be completed before move-in, and construction is expected to begin this summer.
Encore also said the location would better represent the “quality service and first-class experience” its clients expect.
“At Encore, we are building something different, and we wanted our flagship location to embody that philosophy,” Chairman and CEO Chris Roberts said in a news release. “We began this transformation into Encore Bank and quickly realized our current space just wasn’t ideal for our situation. This location on Rahling Road will give our clients, partners and associates an exceptional experience and something they can be proud of.”
Hathaway Group brokered Encore’s lease.
The rest of the building is occupied by two dental practices, Endodontic Associates of Arkansas and Phelan Orthodontics.
