
Enid Olvey has been promoted to president of the Arkansas Children’s Foundation of Little Rock. Olvey will oversee the daily strategy, leadership, direction and administration of the fundraising arm of Arkansas Children’s. She will also continue as senior vice president of philanthropy.

Jason Williams has been hired as the new chief of the University of Arkansas for Medical Science’s Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry in the College of Medicine’s Department of Psychiatry and as Arkansas Children’s senior vice president and chief mental and behavioral health officer, a newly created position. He will lead the partnership between the two systems to improve pediatric mental and behavioral health statewide. Williams has more than 20 years of experience, joining UAMS and Children’s from Children’s Hospital Colorado.

Jay Barth has joined the board of directors at City Year Little Rock. Barth, director of the William J. Clinton Presidential Library & Museum, has nearly three decades of experience in education and civic engagement. Barth will work to help the nonprofit advance educational equity in central Arkansas.

The Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance has appointed three new board members. Brian Burton, the CEO of the Arkansas Foodbank, brings more than 25 years of nonprofit experience to the board. Amy Dafler Meaux, dean and rector of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Little Rock, has experience helping children with food insecurity and housing and education accessibility. Will Montgomery, the technical director at the Arkansas Soccer Association, is the current past president of the board of directors of the Arkansas Foodbank.
Brayan McFadden has been appointed to the North Little Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission. McFadden is the co-owner and executive chef of Brood & Barley in North Little Rock.

Braden Jones has been selected for the CGXperience internship at The Communications Group of Little Rock. He will focus on event management and agency promotion.
The Arkansas Public Relations Society of America has announced its 2023 board of directors and officers: president, Lamor Williams, director of public relations at the Sells Agency; president-elect, Mary Claire Imbro, public relations director at MHP/Team SI; vice president, Bethany Siems, director of strategy at Ghidotti; secretary, Allyson Pittman Gattin, public relations director at The Peacock Group; treasurer, Allison Bermudez, communications strategist at MISO; and director-at-large, Casey Pearce, director of external relations and marketing at the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine at Arkansas State University.
