Arron Cooper has been promoted from Bentonville director of operations to client sector technical director. JD Elder has been promoted from project manager to associate client sector practice manager, and Mike Fall has been promoted from team leader to principal client practice manager.
Michael Sims has joined Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff as its Saline County community bank president. Sims is a graduate of the Arkansas Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and has 28 years of experience in banking.
