Erin Simpson has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operations and risk officer at Encore Bank of Little Rock.
Simpson joined the bank about a year ago. She is a certified regulatory compliance manager and has over 20 years of experience in bank compliance.
She is also a founding member of Bank On Arkansas+, which is a coalition of Arkansas banks, bankers and nonprofits committed to ensuring that all Arkansans have access to safe, trusted and affordable banking products and services. Simpson serves as treasurer of the United Way of Central Arkansas as well, and she performs compliance consulting work for Compliance Systems LLC.
Simpson graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and a Master of Business Administration.
